Delete your KourtUp account

You can request account or child-profile deletion without reinstalling KourtUp.

Request deletion by email

1. Email alex@kourtup.com with the subject KourtUp account deletion.
2. Identify the email address used for your KourtUp account and whether you want to delete the whole account or a child profile you manage.
3. Do not send your password or identity documents. We may need to verify your control of the account before completing the request.

What deletion does

Account deletion permanently ends sign-in. We remove private account data and uploaded media through our deletion process, anonymise associated player records, and stop new contact. Logging in does not reactivate a deleted account.

Limited shared hit or conversation records, reports and audit evidence may remain where necessary for other participants, safety, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Backup copies may persist until their normal expiry and are protected against routine access. We do not keep identifiable information indefinitely merely because it is useful.

Other deletion options

You can also delete your account in KourtUp Settings. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account.

To request deletion of particular information, use the same email process and tell us what you want removed. Shared-record, safety and legal-retention exceptions may apply; we will explain any information we need to retain.
