Read these before entering. This giveaway is open Australia-wide.
1. The promoter
The promoter is Kourtup (“Kourtup”, “we”, “us” or the “Promoter”), based in Sydney, Australia. Questions about the giveaway can be sent to privacy@kourtup.com.
2. Entry period and eligibility
Entry opens on 27 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm Sydney time on 14 August 2026 (“Entry Period”). The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Kourtup team members, people involved in administering the giveaway and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
Join the Kourtup waitlist at kourtup.com/waitlist during the Entry Period. Each eligible waitlist member receives one entry. Existing eligible waitlist members are automatically entered; no additional action is needed.
If a Kourtup giveaway post offers bonus entries for sharing it to an Instagram Story, the entrant must share the post and tag @kourt_up while the Story is visible. Each valid Story share earns three bonus entries. This is limited to one valid Story share per person. Private, deleted or untagged Stories may not be able to be verified.
4. The prizes
There are three winners. Each winner receives one prize only:
- Prize 1: One new HEAD tennis racquet, selected by the winner from the available Kourtup range, up to an RRP of AUD $350.
- Prize 2: One new pair of HEAD tennis shoes, selected by the winner from available Kourtup stock, up to an RRP of AUD $200.
- Prize 3: The winner may choose either one private tennis lesson with Jordan Smith at Castle Hill Tennis Academy, NSW, on a mutually agreed date, or a AUD $100 digital tennis-store gift voucher.
The racquet and shoes can be delivered within Australia. The Jordan Smith lesson option is held in Castle Hill, NSW; travel and accommodation are not included. The Prize 3 winner may choose the gift voucher instead for any reason, including if they cannot attend the lesson. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except for the stated gift-voucher option. If a selected item is unavailable, Kourtup may provide an item of equal or greater value.
5. Draw and notification
The three winners will be selected by random electronic draw on 15 August 2026 in Sydney, NSW. The prize order will be drawn as Prize 1, Prize 2 and Prize 3. Kourtup will contact winners using the email address supplied with their waitlist entry within two business days of the draw.
Winners must reply within seven days of notification. If a winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, or is ineligible, Kourtup may draw a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries. Kourtup may publish each winner’s first name and suburb on its website or social channels, subject to applicable law.
6. General
By entering, entrants agree to these terms and to the Kourtup Privacy Policy. Personal information is used to administer the giveaway and deliver prizes. Kourtup may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or not made in accordance with these terms.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any responsibility connected with this promotion.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
